🔄 How Our Conveyancing Process Works

We tailor our approach depending on whether you're buying or selling — so you’re supported every step of the way.

🏡 For Buyers

  1. Engage Us Online or Book a Consultation
Once you purchase the $1,999 fixed-fee package or book a consultation, we’ll be in touch by phone and email to walk you through the next steps.

  2. We Obtain & Review the Contract
We request a copy of the contract from the agent and conduct a full legal review. You’ll receive clear, plain-English advice on the key terms, risks, and conditions.

  3. Negotiation & Due Diligence
We handle any contract amendments, negotiate with the vendor’s solicitor, and liaise with the real estate agent and your mortgage broker. We also assist with organising pest & building reports or strata reports where required.

  4. Exchange of Contracts
Once you’re ready, we arrange for contracts to be signed and exchanged — either during or after the cooling-off period — and confirm your obligations and key dates.

  5. Pre-Settlement Management
After finance is approved unconditionally, we begin preparing for settlement. We coordinate with your lender, verify adjustments, and ensure all requirements are met.

  6. Settlement & Handover
We attend to all final legal steps so that you get your keys on time. You’ll be notified once settlement is complete and everything is finalised.

🧾 For Sellers

  1. Engage Us Online or Book a Consultation
You can either purchase our $1,999 fixed-fee package online or book a free consultation to discuss your needs. Once you're on board, we'll guide you through the next steps by phone and email.

  2. We Take Your Instructions
We collect key details about your property, agent, and any existing mortgage or special requirements.

  3. We Prepare the Contract for Sale
We draft the Contract for Sale and required vendor disclosure documents, in line with legal requirements for NSW, VIC< SA, or WA. Your contract will be ready for your agent to use when listing the property or responding to buyers.

  4. Exchange & Cooling-Off Period
Once your property is sold, we handle the legal formalities of exchange and monitor all deadlines during the cooling-off period. We liaise directly with the buyer’s solicitor to manage any issues that arise.

  5. Pre-Settlement Preparation
We respond to the buyer’s requisitions, liaise with your bank to arrange a discharge of mortgage, and prepare all necessary documentation ahead of settlement.

  6. Settlement & Finalisation
We coordinate with all parties — including your bank and the buyer’s legal team — to ensure a smooth settlement. You’ll receive confirmation once funds are received and the sale is legally complete.
