You’ll receive:

✅ Lease review or drafting by a qualified lawyer
✅ Advice on key terms: rent, outgoings, use of premises, make-good, termination, and renewal options
✅ Review of your Heads of Agreement (if available)
✅ Proposed amendments or negotiation support
✅ Assistance with execution and NSW lease registration, where required
✅ Liaison with the other party’s lawyer or agent
✅ All legal fees, GST, and up to $400 in disbursements included
