Principal Solicitor

Zohra Ali is the Principal Solicitor of Corporate Legal.

Having been an active member of the legal profession since 2011, Zohra has developed a wealth of knowledge spanning across several legal practice areas, including debt recovery, business disputes, contract disputes, conveyancing, leasing, estate planning, and probate and administration.

Zohra's area of specialty is corporate legal services. This includes drafting preparing various contracts that are often required by companies and businesses, including shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, terms of trade, loan agreements, sale of business agreements, and distribution agreements.

She has extensive experience in civil litigation matters, and complex commercial litigation matters involving property, deceased estates, and family provision claims.

Zohra has worked with a variety of clients, including corporations, small to medium businesses, families, and individuals.

She has regularly appeared on behalf of her clients in the Local Court, District Court, Supreme Court, Federal Court, and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia.

Throughout her career, Zohra has also worked together with practitioners interstate, to represent her clients in interstate jurisdictions, including the Queensland Magistrates Court and District Court and the Victorian Magistrates Court and County Court.

Zohra's extensive educational background comprises of a Bachelor of Social Science and a Bachelor of Laws completed with Western Sydney University, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice completed with Australian National University, and a Master of Laws (Business Law) obtained from Southern Cross University.


Most recently, Zohra has completed a Masters in Business Administration with Southern Cross University.

Zohra is admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and in the High Court of Australia.
